We all deal with stress in one form or another. For some it may be constantly feeling anxious when they are with others, and for others it could look like
Stress, when not managed properly will come out in ways so harmful that we almost miss how much it is affecting us. We don’t
So what are some ways to combat it?
Take a look at yourself and see where the stress is coming from. Often, the stress is not always caused by external factors, but it begins with you. Explore these questions:

Look at what fills you. This could be spending time with family or spending time with friends- focus on the things that bring you life and fills your cup. Take out a notebook or write on your laptop to reference back to it when you forget-

If you are looking for something efficient and quick, practice:
Brain dumping~ write down everything that you find stressful on a piece of paper
Mindfulness – practices like deep breathing – using the 3-5-7 rule- breathe in, hold your breath, then breathe out, this is to help regulate
Physical ways to combat stress looks like:
- Take a 10 minute walk and put on your earphones
